The government has agreed on a bailout plan to help save the floundering economy.

Just after news that a $700 billion bailout plan had been approved, reports say that subsequent talks deteriorated into arguing and disagreement.
So, on the heels of Washington Mutual’s collapse, the country is still left without a plan of action and no relief in sight.
Scary times, y’all!
With Obama and McCain present at yet another meeting overseen by President Bush on Thursday, talks apparently descended into quarrels, with Bush unable to wrangle lawmakers. With opinions so deeply divided, folks actually wondered who would return for the resumption of talks later today.
Yikes!
Yesterday it seemed that parties had been able to put aside their agendas to focus on the American people and the looming recession. But, now, Democrats and Republicans are standing off across an even greater chasm, pointing fingers back and forth, and unable to reach a decision. It was actually White House conservatives who opposed Bush’s bailout, but then conservatives wouldn’t agree with liberals.
What a mess!
Come on guys! Get it together!
