This…this is horrifying. We’re so disgusted with this story, we barely have the words.
Next month, MTV will start running their latest season of 16 and Pregnant. It will be then that you will get to meet Jennifer Del Rio (pictured above), who, at 16, gave birth to a set of twins with her boyfriend, Josh Smith.
If you’ve seen the promo for the show, you’ve seen footage of Josh being carted away by police in handcuffs. (If you haven’t watched it, check out the video above)
That footage was taken in November, when Josh was arrested for domestic violence against Jennifer and was ordered to complete an educational program. Now, six months later, Jennifer is asking a Florida judge to grant her a restraining order for herself and her children against her baby daddy. According to her complaint filed last month, Jennifer claims Josh has been “harrasing [sic] and threatened [her] saying he will have [her] raped.” She added that Josh also “attempted to kidnap children,” and that she is “frightened for her life and children’s life.”
Awful! Awful! Awful! The poor girl! Her poor kids! They certainly don’t need a man like THAT in their lives. He sounds like a deplorable person!
