160 Million People On Apple's Music Social Network PING

Just like everything else they do, Apple ROCKS at social networking!
Apple’s new music-themed social network, Ping, was just released, and it’s already got 160 million users built in. Here’s what Steve Jobs had to say about it:

“It’s like ‘Facebook and Twitter meet iTunes. But it’s not Facebook, it’s not Twitter. It’s a social network all about music.”

160 million users from other countries are already using this social network on their computers, Iphones, and Ipads, and we’re certainly going to join them.
Users on Ping will be able to follow artists and friends, make custom song and album charts, post comments about music that they love and absolutely despise, and they’ll be able to access 17,000 concert listings.
You WISH you came up with this, Mark Zuckerberg. Sure, poking is fun and you’ve made remembering birthdays much easier, which we certainly appreciate, but we’re excited to explore Ping.
