TBS thinks they “know funny” — and they’re willing to pay for it!
The “very funny” cable network has just purchased the rights to play old episodes of the CBS canned-comedy 2 Broke Girls for a crazzzy*ss $1.7 million per episode!!
That broke the record for highest off-network sale, set last year when TBS bought The Big Bang Theory for $1.5 million an episode.
That ain’t bad for a show just out of its FIRST season. Though, there is a chance Broke Girls won’t hold the highest price tag for long!
