According to our source, he popped the question in the most romantical way ever!
It all started with a picnic in the Hollywood Hills, they walked over to a party were Keith had singers on hand to help him serenade the surprised Jill. Then, he gave her a fortune cookie that said “Jill Knox, will you marry me?”

We would have never imagined that a guy who pees in jars (on the show) could be so romantic! LOL!
