Good news for Thirty Seconds to Mars, the group has just set a Guinness World Record!
The band has set the record for “Longest Concert Tour by a Rock Band”. The group played 309 shows in just over two years!
They finished up their latest tour with a string of 4 shows in NYC after playing over 300 shows in almost 60 countries in 6 continents.
All of the shows were in support of their third studio album This Is War which was released in 2009 and has sold over 1.5 million albums and 1 million singles worldwide.
Pretty amazing news. Congrats!
PS. We’ve said it before, and we’ll say it again, Jared Leto looks freaking ah-may-zing for being 39-years-old. He turns 40 this December 26th!
