Getting sick sucks! You know it, we know it, the people of the world know it.
So here are 4 tips to make sure you don’t get sick (unless you’re constantly swapping spit with someone who is — then not much can help you)!
1. Go Outside
Usually people think staying in where it’s warm is best to keep illness at bay, but that’s not the case. Sure, cold weather can worsen a budding cold, but staying in doors where the germs are trapped is a surefire way to get sick.
The fresh air and exercise from getting outside and say, taking a walk, will help boost your immune system while avoiding the germs, too!
2. Relax, Yo.
Seriously. Stress can weaken your immune system, so it’s either relax for a short amount of time and just get a tad bit less work done — or get sick and get no work done. The choice is yours!
3. Wash Your Hands
Seriously. Your mom told you this, your doctors tell you this, now we are. This is super important.
Keep your dang hands clean! We’re talking at LEAST 20 seconds of vigorous scrubbing! Your hands are gross. Seriously.
4. SLEEP
Guys. Get your sleep. This is the nail in sickness’ coffin.
If you don’t get enough, your immune system is seriously weakened. Make sure you know your body and how much sleep you need and stick to it. Everything on this list is important, but this one especially. Sleep is so good for us that if you didn’t foresee it being on this list, you’re insane.
STAY HEALTHY!!
