He might not be laughing so loudly right about now.
Manhattan judge Paul Wooten recently said that there existed compelling evidence that the posting of this sex tape almost drove Lastonia to suicide.
Fiddy had previously argued that she was bluffing because she was able to get her GED and have two jobs!
We’re not sure that the fact that Lastonia had to work hard to support herself is any evidence as to why she wouldn’t be suicidal after being so publicly humiliated!
According to the judge, Lastonia’s diary revealed “suicidal ideation,” even though 50 Cent said his sole intention was to respond to shade thrown his way from Rick, according to court papers.
Fiddy, you can respond to disrespect through your music, not by disrespecting an innocent third party, and basically ruining her life.
Meanwhile, the judge will let a jury decide whether Lastonia’s mental anguish was “genuine and extreme.”
