Not Only Will Stephen Collins Not Be Criminally Prosecuted For Child Molestation-- He May Not Even Face Civil Charges!

Stephen Collins confessed to child molestation. And he may get away with it.
We already know there is slim to no chance the 7th Heaven star will be prosecuted, based on how long ago the crimes were committed.

But the legal statute of limitations isn’t the only thing saving Collins. The case may be too long ago for the victims as well.
The girl he describes in the leaked audio tape as having molested says that she will not be bringing a civil lawsuit against Collins.
Maybe it’s because the woman, who would now be in her 50s, doesn’t want to put herself and her family in the spotlight. Or maybe she doesn’t care about Collins’ money.
She reportedly came forward in 2012 because she wants him to be prosecuted, even if it’s for more recent crimes and not those committed in the 1970s.

But no more recent victims have come forward.
So right now it looks like Collins is going to walk.
