This is uhhh… different!
Rodeo Drive is known for its super extravagant shops like Miu Miu, Harry Winston to Chanel.
And even though the 99 Cents Only Stores are far from fancy, the company recently announced they’re looking to set up shop on the most famous street in the 90210!!!
Say whaaaat?!?
99 Cents Only Stores chief executive officer, Eric Schiffer articulated that their store a few blocks from Beverly Hills has the “highest sales volume” in all of the company’s 303 stores, adding:
├óΓé¼┼ôWe are confident a Rodeo Drive store will be successful because our stores do well in affluent areas.”
We’re not sure if a 99 Cents Only Store will be a good look next to Versace or Hermes, but we can’t hate on them for trying.
