The judge overseeing Lindsay Lohan’s Wild Ride case is ordering Lilo to testify whether she was using drugs that fateful night!!!
Fun! Fun! Fun!
There was some disagreement between the judge and Lilo’s powerhouse attorney, Edwin McPherson, on whether it was lawful to force her testimony. Edwin argued on behalf of Lindsay using the fifth amendment, but the judge just didn’t care. Since he was getting nowhere fast, Edwin then worked his black magic to have the judge agree to a more private deposition in Century City at his office, rather than at the Venice location of LOLhan’s last deposition. (The media camped out like Twi-Hards at that place!)
So now, after her July 6th probation violation hearing, Lilo will have to either admit or deny that she using during the night in question. Sources say that the deposition will have a time limit of two hours.
So will it be the truth, the whole truth and nothing but or will Lindsay have her writing staff come up with a fantastical story to feed to the court?
We think we already know the answer to that!
