Trump Entertainment Resorts has decided to look into a hotel partner to assist in the renovations of the Trump Plaza Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City. The deal the company is prosing is kind of a switcheroo type thing.
Trump will hand over some useless, trashy property in exchance for another franchise, like Hard Rock or Planet Hollywood, paying for the renovations for said hole property. But, it would still retain the Trump namesake.
The Donald wouldn’t have it any other way!
If we were these companies, we’d shy away from these deals. You know what kind of people go to Atlantic City? Old people and Snooki!
