And it is a doozy of a one too!
Cuban actor William Levy is a very well-known, very respected Spanish-language soap opera star. He’s been dubbed by many as the Latino Brad Pitt!
As of recent, he finds himself in a lot of hot water as he is being sued for sexual harassment by a young woman he took back to his hotel room. The girl and her lawyers claiming that he forced this girl to perform oral sex on him, resulting in passing onto her a venereal disease.
But William has actually turned the tables and is suing both the girl and her lawyers, claiming that they tried to extort about $950,000 with these “false accusations.” His reps say that the team at Steven A. Lerman & Associates “maliciously misstated the facts” in order “to blackmail/extort him into a settlement for alleged acts defendants knew were fabricated and untrue.”
As for the girl, William acknowledges that he was alone with the woman in his hotel room, but dies any claim that he “held her against her will, threatened her, strangled her and forced her to have oral copulation.”
William is now seeking $10 million dollars in damages from both parties.
Whoa! Real life soap opera drama! And he is playing his part well!
Too bad he probably won’t see a dime of that money! (Neither will the gold digger, mind you. This is all just a waste of time. He said, she said. Where’s the proof?)
