Supposedly there’s talk of Madonna doing a five-year residency on the Strip in Las Vegas to the tune of $1 billion dollars!
That’s quite a pretty penny and some sources like the Las Vegas Review-Journal don’t see it happening for that price:
“My source did some quick math: If Madonna landed in the 4,300-seat Colosseum at Caesars Palace, the most likely suitor, she would have to average $200 a ticket, net $3 million a week and work four or five nights for 50 weeks to make $750 million over five years. ‘That├óΓé¼Γäós impossible. She├óΓé¼Γäós not going to work 50 weeks,’ said the source.”
Inneresting…but we would LOVE to see Madonna in Vegas!
