Oksana has met with the District Attorney and the decision on whether or not to charge Mel Gibson is imminent.
Her attorney Daniel Horowitz says “she spoke without reservation about every single topic” during her two hour meeting at the D.A.’s office on Wednesday and was reportedly very candid about the alleged incident that left Oksana with two chipped teeth and a black eye.
A source says that Oksana was questioned about the evidence, including the now infamous recorded tapes, photos, and all correspondence she has had with Mel.
Horowitz adds, “Oksana has never asserted the fifth amendment and if she is called upon to testify in any criminal case, she won├óΓé¼Γäót assert her fifth amendment right.”
Oksana knows that her testimony is critical and will be the determining factor on whether or not the D.A. wants to “proceed with a domestic violence case against Mel.”
The source says, “A decision on whether Mel will face criminal charges would now be made within two to three weeks now that interview has been done.”
We can’t wait to see what happens.
