Mel Gibson and Oksana are now dealing with a loop-hole in a trust fund that Mel set up with his ex-wife Robyn. The fund was meant to provide financial security for their six kids. However, in the contract, the language used made it so children born by Mel OR Robyn would be covered — not just Mel AND Robyn.
That means that Lucia is currently covered under the trust. This would be fine with Mel and Robyn if it didn’t cause huge tax issues for both of them.
However, as of now, Oksana agreed to an amendment to the trust fund that would exclude Lucia — because she will receive money from Mel in their settlement.
The question is this: Will Oksana try to disavow the mediation deal and reverse the ammendment, effectively screwing Mel and Robyn?
