In shocking news on Wednesday, People reported the couple had separated after nearly three years of marriage. One source said their relationship had turned “rocky” while another claimed they’re still “figuring things out.” While the actress has scrubbed her Instagram of most references to Jack, including their wedding photos, the musician was photographed with his wedding ring on this week. So, it’s hard to know exactly what’s happening. Though it’s certainly hard to deny something is going on!

Speaking to Page Six on Wednesday, a source broke down exactly what has gotten so “rocky” in the romance, detailing:
“Jack could be very particular about how he liked things. He’d often prefer for things to be done the way he thought was best, and Margaret didn’t always feel like her perspective was being heard or given the same weight.”
The source added:
“Communication was definitely a challenge between him and Margaret.”
Oof. That’s HARD! It’s the kind of issue that can really damage a relationship, with resentment easily built up over time if not addressed quickly enough! SAD!!
