Family Guy's Alex Borstein Getting Two Shows With FOX

Between MAD TV and Family Guy, she’s been fairly profitable for them over the years. About time they gave something back!
Alex Borstein, best known as the voice of Lois on Family Guy, has just inked a fabulous deal with FOX that will allow her to develop, write and executive produce two pilot scripts for network! Should she want to star in either of them as well, so be it!
The two projects she’s working on are an animated adult show and live-action comedy in the vein of Seinfeld and Roseanne.
The chairman of the network, in a statement released about the deal, called her “one of the most multitalented people in our business” and is excited to extend their long working relationship with someone so “gifted.”
We’re so happy for her! We think she’s going to bring the funny in a major way!
