Mel Gibson To Personally Appear In Court Monday To Request Full Custody Of Lucia!

Wow! Here comes the power play!

Mel Gibson is expected in court tomorrow, as we’ve reported, to request full custody of his daughter, Lucia, and strip baby mamma Oksana Grigorieva of custody, claiming that she is unfit due to her public smear campaign against him!

Sheesh! These two are out of control!

Frankly, at this point, we think that that poor child needs to be taken out of BOTH their custody!

They clearly have no business parenting a child.
