Sources are reporting that the official drink of the US version of The X Factor will be Pepsi-Cola!

No word yet how much money PepsiCo eventually ponied up to Simon Cowell and the execs for the deal, but we imagine it had to be a pretty penny to beat out Coke! They know what a sweet gig it is and they wouldn’t have given up so easily.

Another big step forward for the show! We’re getting closer and closer to it now!
