Jon Gosselin Asked Judge To Stop Kate From Taking Kids To Australia

It seems that Jon Gosselin isn’t so pleased that his whole brood is down under with their mom.

Sources are reporting that earlier this month, Jon stood in front of a judge and pleaded with him not to allow his ex-wife, Kate Gosselin, to take their eight children to Australia for New Years. He insisted that he was slated to have the children for the holiday and wanted the arrangement to stay as such.

However, the judge ruled in Kate’s favor, giving her the legal go-ahead for the trip, as he deemed it “work-related.” (Turns out this was also the same judge that allowed Kate to film continue filming with TLC, despite objections by Jon).

Hope it worked out for the best.
