Uh-oh!
Carey Hart is pressing charges against the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas, claiming he was taken advantage of in an investment with them in a now-defunct lounge!
The motorcross rider’s company, S&H Projects, put money into the Wasted Space Lounge, which opened back in 2008.
According to legal documents, Hart alleges that the Hard Rock hid profits and inflated expenses, and because of that was able to deny S&H Projects its proper cut of the profits.
Wasted Space was shut down in August, and the Hard Rock has denied Hart’s claims, asserting that the lounge never made a dime!
Hmm…we somehow doubt that!
This all sounds pretty shady! Hopefully the truth will come out in court!
