We guess that the breathalyzer must have been lying, then!
Eddie Cibrian‘s ex-wife, Brandi Glanville, has reportedly pled not guilty to the DUI she received when she was arrested in October, as her lawyer appeared this morning in court to cop a plea to the two misdemeanor charges being brought against her.
She’s currently facing charges for driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and driving with a blood alcohol level of above .08.
It will be VERY inneresting to see how this one turns out.
