MJ's Estate Suing His Mother's Business Partner

Things are getting a bit sticky on the Jackson family front.
Sources have confirmed that today, Michael Jackson’s Estate has filed a lawsuit against Howard Mann, Katherine Jackson’s business partner. The estate claims that Howard has violated copyright, trademark and cyber piracy laws by using Michael’s name and image without permission.
In a statement released by the estate’s lawyer, they claim:

“The Estate had hoped Mann would voluntarily cease his conduct but that was not to be…People who trade off Michael’s personality, copyrights, and trademarks should not be allowed to exploit the legacy of one of the world’s most recognized talents for their own benefit.”

This is bound to get ugly! The courts are going to have their hands full with nothing, but MJ centric cases.
