Another day of freedom for Lindsay Lohan! But most likely not for long!
Although it was originally expected that the thieving, formerly hard pAArtying actress would be charged today with felony grand theft, the DA’s spokesperson Jane Robinson has revealed:
“Nothing will be filed today.”
Why, you ask?
A source close to the situation reveals:
“Charges will be filed against Lindsay this week. There are just some minor housekeeping issues to get ironed out on the case before it’s filed.”
But that doesn’t mean LiLo is going down without a fight! The busiest lawyer in all of El Lay, Shawn Chapman Holley, was spotted at the DA’s office today, arguing on behalf of her client as to why the charges should not be filed.
Somehow, we have a feeling that the poor thing is wasting her time. We sincerely doubt that gurlfriend is going to be able to slither her way out of this one.
Such a shame. We really thought that she was on the mend.
