John Mayer Sold His House!

Sucks!
John Mayer has reportedly sold his Pacific Palisades home – but for significantly less than he bought it!
He purchased the gated, two-story property for $1.75 million in 2006, but apparently couldn’t find anyone to match that price, and ultimately had to drop it down to $1.3 million for anyone to bite!
Ouch! What can we say, though?
It’s a tough market!
