Lindsay Lohan is, among other legal issues, being sued to the tune of over $40k for tanning services she has not yet paid.
Suing her is Lorit Simon, who filed a lawsuit against her before for stealing the formula of a spray tan, owner of the Las Vegas tanning company Tanning Vegas.
Simon wants the balance, plus attorney fees and interest!
