This afternoon, Lindsay Lohan will face the music for allegedly stealing a $2,500 necklace at a hearing in Los Angeles. We’re hearing that her mother won’t be with her as she faces her felony grand theft charges, but have no fear – daddy’ll be there!
Oh wait, no he won’t. Turns out, since Michael Lohan is still recovering from his heart surgery, he won’t be standing by LiLo’s side either. However, just because he won’t be in the room, doesn’t mean he won’t be sharing his opinion on the case.
From his death sick bed, Michael mustered up the energy to phone a source to tell them exactly how he feels about Lindsay’s date with the DA. He insisted to sources that Lindsay is a “tough kid” and has enough of her own money to buy whatever she wants. He explained:
“Lindsay would never steal something. We just spent $17,000 on a ring for her last week. She doesn’t need a $2,500 necklace. Anything is possible [about her possibly going to jail] with the system today but this isn’t right or fair. She turned her whole life around and this is derailing her recovery. She’s done everything right and how the DA can’t see through this, I don’t understand.”
Let’s backtrack for just one sec.
First of all, she HAS stolen in the past…or are we considering the car she was driving down the PCH “borrowed”?
Second of all, if Lindsay is an innocent as you say, then she has nothing to worry about. The system is fair and this DA you’re always bashing is just doing her job. The only thing she’s guilty of is trying to make your daughter learn some accountability, something you and your ex don’t seem to care about.
And furthermore…where the hell are you today, Dina?! This is your daughter and she still wants YOU around! What could you possibly be doing that is preventing you from being with your daughter as she faces jail time?
Granted, its not like this is an infrequent occurrence, but still!
