If you’re like Johnny Depp and still have a case of Bieber Fever, you may be pleased to hear that Justin Bieber’s 3D film MAY get re-released as a director’s cut…even though it’s STILL in theaters!
Word is that Paramount is considering the idea, but they also might save the director’s cut for Internet/DVD/Blu-Ray.
If they DO re-release the film, it looks like they’d aim to get the new version out to theaters during Never Say Never’s third weekend, but apparently director Jon M. Chu isn’t even done with the director’s cut yet AND the film would have to be re-submitted to the ratings board.
This would be one hell of a quick turnaround! Guess we’ll see if Paramount actually decides to pursue this.
