Leighton Meester's Mom Threatened To "Kill" One Of Her Former Friends!

Whoa! Intense!
Yesterday, a judge granted Laurel Wiig a restraining order against Constance Meester, mother of Gossip Girl star Leighton Meester.
According to Laurel, who used to be good friends with Leighton, Constance “threatened to kill” her after a confrontation back in January. According to the court documents filed, Laurel explains that Constance got very hostile to her during their argument, screaming she would “hunt down and kill” and “f*ck up” the girl. Laurel added that Constance was an “addict,” which isn’t so surprising considering she did hard time for smuggling drugs back in the 80s.
Such violent threats! We really don’t condone such behavior, but we are curious as to what the two could’ve been fighting about to get such a response out of her. Surely, Leighton wouldn’t keep her mom around as her manager if she didn’t feel like she couldn’t conduct herself professionally.
Color us concerned and curious about this one.
