Nickelback SUED For Allegedly Ripping Off Econoline Crush Song!

Uh-oh! Tisk, tisk, Nickelback!
The band is currently battling a copyright infringement lawsuit over their song, Figured You Out, because Vancouver band Econoline Crush seems to think that they ripped off THEIR song, All That You Are!
According to the legal documents, Nickelback “maliciously and willfully and with a conscious disregard” for the Crush song, and are seeking “all damages permitted by Federal copyright law,” including actual damages, along with statutory and punitive damages!
