We’ve all heard rumblings about whether or not Avatar 2 will be set underwater, we even reported that Sam Worthington mentioned it back in December.
But this latest tidbit comes from Michelle Rodriguez, and has that beautiful smell of official news to it!
Here’s a bit about what she said:
Actress Michelle Rodriguez says “Avatar 2” will take viewers underwater and will be extraordinarily beautiful.
Rodriguez, who starred in the original, told The Associated Press in an interview Thursday that she has no clue yet whether she will be asked to play a role in the sequel.
This sounds awesome, but pretty difficult.
Though if anyone is up to the task, it’s Cameron!
He’s done quite a bit of underwater filming in his past (Aliens in the Deep, Ghosts of the Abyss, the Abyss), and with the newest of the new 3D technology, we can only imagine that it’ll be breathtakingly gorgeous!
