Hell hath no fury like a Lohan scorned!
Sources report that Lindsay Lohan has her lawyers working double-time this week as she is planning on suing the Venice jewelry store for selling their surveillance tape from the day she allegedly stole their merchandise.
LiLo argues that she never gave them the right to use her image for $$$ gain. That’s a pretty big strike against them, considering they managed to wrangle in $40,000 for handing over the rights to Entertainment Tonight for this one week and stand to make even more when the tape is sold non-exclusively to other media outlets after that.
We hear Lindsay has a meeting with her lawyers today to discuss the lawsuit further, but no word yet on when she plans to file the suit. If we had to guess, we’d wager it’ll be after she’s proven guilty or innocent by its footage.
Upon hearing the news that LiLo plans on crushing them for their ill-deed, a rep for Kamofie released this statement:
“We regret to hear there is trepedation by Miss Lohan in connection with the video. We hope that everyone understands that this is beyond our control, the flood of the requests to see this video were simply too overwhelming. It was truely neccesarry to put it out.”

Let’s get real here, Kamo. For some people, money talks louder than their conscience and that’s exactly what happened here. For the almighty dollar, you ruined your reputation and may have also ruined the prosecution’s case to throw LiLo in jail for stealing.
