Shakespeare Can Be Hazardous To Your Health...Hamlet Actor Slashed!

To go to the hospital or not to go to the hospital?
On Monday, actor Conor Madden collapsed after being slashed by a sword during a production of Hamlet in Ireland.
The audience didn’t realize he was legitimately injured until artistic director Alan Stanford approached the stage and announced that Conor’s “blood and moans were real.”
The Hamlet actor was sent to the hospital, and has since been released.
Fortunately, it looks like Conor will be fine, as he may be returning to the stage as soon as Wednesday.
Good luck, Conor…and be careful!
