Terrible.
In a horrible bout of news, we’re learning that DJ Megatron has been fatally shot in New York sometime Sunday morning. He was a popular urban radio and tv personality, and he will be missed.
Here’s what happened:
“[O]ccasional BET television segment host was killed while heading to a store near his Staten Island home around 2 a.m. Sunday. Police say the 32-year-old, born Corey McGriff, was found dead with a gunshot wound to his chest. No arrests have been made.”
We hope they get who did this, and fast. It’s a shame that things like this ever happen.
Our thoughts go out to his family and to his many friends. We’re sorry for your loss.
