Teen Mom Amber Portwood Loses Custody Of Her Daughter - Again

But it’s not like the kid is getting handed off to anyone better, if you ask us!

Teen Mom star Amber Portwood has officially lost custody of her daughter, Leah, for the second time. A judge in Indiana decided this morning that Leah’s father, Gary Shirley, will now take primary custody of the child.

However, the twist in this story is that the judge DID NOT strip Amber of her custody rights because he found her to be an unfit mother. Actually, CPS stepped in and insisted that Leah be relocated after Amber’s house and car were vandalized. Their concern is that Amber’s current living arrangements are unsafe for Leah. Amber will have visitation rights, though no official schedule has been drawn up yet.

Hey, teen mom! Time to upgrade to some nicer digs. We know how much you make, so don’t even play like you don’t have the $$$ to get a nicer place.
