As we mentioned earlier, Jersey Shore star Snooki has gained a new stylish accessory after getting in a fender bender with a police car in Italy, but lost a more important one — her license to drive!
However, it has been reported that she may ALSO face a lawsuit!
Although she’s not facing any criminal charges, two officers walked away with minor injuries that have prevented them from returning to work for a week, so they have 90 days to decide whether or not they will file a civil action suit.
Let’s hope they will be cool about it though because the injuries do not sound to severe, as a Florence police spokesman has said:
“It was nothing serious and they have been released, but they will not be back at work for a week.”
In the meantime, she’s got a cute neck brace to remind her to drive safely when she gets back into the states.
