The man who who made assisted suicide a worldwide debate has died – of natural causes.
Dr. Jack Kevorkian died early this morning, according to reps from a hospital in Michigan, after battling pneumonia and kidney problems. He had checked into the hospital early last month seeking treatment for his ailments, but unfortunately, the disease was too far gone. He was 83.
Our thoughts go out to his loved ones and friends in this most difficult of times. Rest in peace, Dr. Kevorkian.
