Michael Lohan's Domestic Violence Case Has Been Dismissed

While they are not even close to being in the same league of cases, today has been quite the day for court news. Just as the Casey Anthony trial has ended, another trial has as well — before it even really took off.

Michael Lohan‘s domestic violence case was quashed today, and here’s what Michael’s attorney had to say:

“We are pleased to report that a Lohan finally won a criminal case. Kate did not want a spectacle. She wanted this privately resolved and we are pleased this happened.”

MiLo was charged with inflicting corporal injury on a cohabitant, false imprisonment and preventing a report of victimization in March, but both sides of the story were suspect at best.

At least Michael gets to relax a bit now, we suppose!
