Finally! She’s not getting off the hook THAT easily!
Lindsay Lohan has been ordered to appear in court this morning for a progress report hearing by none other than Judge Stephanie Saunter, because the El Lay City Attorney wants to investigate the hard-pAArtying actress’ drinking while under house arrest!
A source explains:
“The City Attorney has raised concerns about Lindsay’s probation, which will be discussed in court tomorrow [Thursday]. The City Attorney asked Judge Sautner to order Lindsay to appear. The City Attorney wants Lindsay tested for drugs and alcohol. Lindsay has had two DUI’s, and has been in rehab multiple times. [Attorney Melanie] Chavira asked Judge Sautner to order Lohan to submit to random drug and alcohol testing, when they met in chambers about the case last month, but she refused. Chavira wants to discuss Lindsay’s partying while under house arrest, she did test positive for alcohol during that time.”
Oh, shiz! Sounds as though Miz Sautner is having some doubts about her decision to let LiLo off the hook for being tested for alcohol!
As she SHOULD! It’s absolutely SHOCKING to us that someone with DUI’s under her belt and clearly no real incentive to change her behavior would be allowed to continue drinking whenever she pleases!
Oh, 10am cannot come soon enough!
