This is truly becoming a tale as old as time!
To recap, Wesley Snipes was convicted in 2008 on tax evasion charges, and he was sentenced to three years in federal minimum security prison, beginning in December 2010.
Then, he tried to file an appeal requesting a new trial with the U.S. Supreme Court back in December…but he was denied.
Now, the Blade/Major League actor has once again tried to appeal his prison sentence, but the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta rejected his request.
This kind of reminds us of the whole Phil Spector thing…but on a much less extreme scale!
Do U think Wesley Snipes has served enough time? Or should he stay in jail???
