Exciting times for Kelly Kapoor!

Following what’s been described as “lengthy negotiations,” The Office’s Mindy Kaling was promoted to an executive producer position on the show!

When she started on the show, she was originally a producer…THEN she got promoted to co-executive producer in ’08…and NOW she’s finally reached the top of the producing chain!

And don’t worry! Despite the fancy new job title, she’ll still also continue her role as Kelly for the show’s eighth season.

Congratulations, Mindy! SO well deserved!!!
