R.E.M. To Release Greatest Hits Album

Good news for all the devastated fans out there!
Following the news of the break-up, R.E.M. has decided to release a greatest hits compilation.
The album, Part Lies, Part Heart, Part Truth, Part Garbage: 1982-2011, is set to be released November 15 courtesy of Warner Bros. Music.
Not only will it include their greatest, it will also showcase their latest (oh, look! we rhyme now, ha). The band recorded music after their last album was finished, and would like the fans to hear it.
Fans can expect an official announcement regarding the album Monday, September 26.
