Melissa McCarthy├óΓé¼Γäós first (but certainly not her last) time as host of Saturday Night Live was a big win for NBC. The episode drew in a 5.2 rating/13 share in metered-market households – up 4% from SNL├óΓé¼╦£s season premiere last week. It also was up 8% vs. the same night last year.
