It’s the Circle of Life…on NBC.
The Playboy Club may have been cancelled, but the network has ordered full season for their new comedies Whitney and Up All Night!
Here’s what NBC Entertainment Chairman Robert Greenblatt had to say about it:
“We made comedy an important goal for us this season and I├óΓé¼Γäóm very pleased to be making full-season commitments to both Whitney and Up All Night. We├óΓé¼Γäóre thrilled with the creative direction of both shows as well as the potential for them to continue to build loyal audiences over the coming months. We├óΓé¼Γäóre proud of all of the producers, writers, actors, and directors who have worked so hard to bring these shows to life.”
We’re not surprised that Up All Night has gotten love from NBC, because like we said before, it’s def one of the funniest new shows on this fall!
As far as Whitney is concerned, we haven’t been feeling that show so much, but maybe hopefully they’ll rework it a bit for the full season!
