Taylor Swift is growing up – and according to her, her next album is going to reflect that!
The country cutie recently revealed that she has already written ten tracks for her next LP, which will be released sometime in 2012, and that although the music will be sad, it will be “about achieving contentment … you’re not always going to be ridiculously happy.”
She explains:
“They’re sad, if I’m being honest. I write songs, and my voice is just a way to get those lyrics across.”
That’s okay, gurl!
Obviously, your lyrical style and subject matter are going to change right along with you – especially now that you’re in the process of becoming an adult!
You just keep on writing with sincerity and honesty, just as you always have, and we’re sure that whatever you ultimately produce will be a HIT!
