Has Harry Shearer Hurt Simpsons Negotiations By Going Rogue???

We LOVED what he had to say…but we suppose we can understand how this could cause dramz with the rest of the Simpsons cast.
A bit earlier today, Simpsons voice actor Harry Shearer released a lengthy statement, in which he said he’d be willing to take a 70% pay cut for Fox to keep The Simpsons on the air. In return, Harry said he’d like a small amount of profit participation in the show.
Now, we’re hearing reports that other Simpsons cast members are surprised with Harry’s rogue move, and we’re also hearing that his solo attempt to save the show may have thrown a “monkey wrench” into negotiations.
Guess we’ll hear more VERY soon! A decision was supposed to come by noon, and that ship has sailed…so stay tuned!
Fingers crossed for more Simpsons!!!!!!
P.S. What ever happened to that proposed Fox channel that would only play The Simpsons? Oh, how quickly things change!
