It was a CLOSE match between Hugh and Hough.
But who came out on top??
Hugh Jackman‘s Real Steel was the official number one movie at the box office this weekend, however, Julianne Hough‘s Footloose was the real winner.
Even though the movie came in second place, the movie earned $16.1 million, which is pretty impressive considering it only cost $25 million to make.
Hugh’s big blockbuster film made only $.02 million more in its second week, with a weekend total of $16.3 million, but it cost a whopping $108 million to make!! Whoa!!!
Lesson learned from this weekend is that dancing movies aimed at teens and young adults WIN!
