Smart move! Matthew could probably use a few bucks after all that money he spent on his new Hollywood Hills home!
Check out the photos (above, and below) of Matthew Perry’s former Outpost Estates home in El Lay, which he’s put up for sale at $5.695 million.
It’s a .34 acre mansion, which features a pool, spa, three bedrooms, media room, modern kitchen, AND walls of glass “to take in the views of Los Angeles.”
