Frustrated Man Uses Chainsaw To Get Out Of A Parking Ticket

This is one way of getting out a parking ticket! LOLz!
Two men were having an argument with an NYPD parking officer over an expired meter and settled it with a chainsaw.
Don’t worry, nobody got hurt, except maybe this cop’s ego.
